Balmain Vintage Roses Print T-Shirt

In the show notes for Balmain’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, Olivier Rousteing summarised his direction with a quote from a close friend of Pierre Balmain, Gertrude Stein: “A rose is a rose is a rose is a rose”. Throughout the runway looks, Balmain’s favoured floral was depicted again and again, from gothic thorny prints to sculptural rubber detailing, exploring its many connotations. This T-shirt leans into a classic design of the roses and is signed off with the brand’s signature gold-tone buttons.
